On September 7, 2021, NACHERRY was formed by two popular voice actresses from the anime series Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. Natsumi Murakami played Ai Miyashita and Chiemi Tanaka played Rina Tennoji in the Love Live! anime. By forming the unit, they were able to show off their singing talent. Their concept is: “Be a girl who is honest with what she loves and never forget your sense of fun. We’ll always be gung-ho!”

Natsumi and Chiemi came up with a fun dance to go along with their song “Eclipse” so that their fans can dance along to the anime’s opening credits, or show off their moves the next time they’re at a karaoke bar.
