Full Metal Alchemist’s new live-action character looks
Yuki Yamada will portray the wicked Ishvalan war veteran Kimblee, shown in the promo image with his hands stretched outwards and a sinister smirk.

Yuki Yamada also remarked by saying:
“I was very happy and grateful to receive the offer, as I loved the original manga, watched the anime, and had always wanted to play Kimblee. I was playing the role while thinking about what kind of thoughts he was living with.”

Yuta Hiraoka, who previously acted as a unique character named Izuru in the Attack on Titan web drama, will play Major Miles, Olivier Armstrong’s diligent aide. He’s sporting his character’s distinctive coat and black goggles in the cast shot.

Yuta Hiraoka remarked by saying:
“I was very happy when I got the role…I had never shot so many scenes in green screen before, so the biggest thing was to see what the finished project would look like, It was very difficult for me to imagine and perform the image by myself.”

Naoiito Fujiki, who previously did voice work for the Hunter X Hunter: Phantom Rouge, will play Yuriy Rockbell. The character was dead in the original film, but we see him sporting a doctor’s coat with one massive bloodstain on his shoulder.

Naoiito Fujiki remarked by saying:
“I thought the scale was very different. I was impressed by the large studio and the magnificent set. Since I was given the role of Winry’s father this time, every time I see Tsubasa Honda-san (the actor who plays Winry in the movies) on TV, I think of her as my own daughter.”
