Odd Taxi English dub release date for Crunchyroll revealed

Crunchyroll has announced the release of the dubbed English version of the Odd Taxi anime series. Odd Taxi is an anime series that was launched last year and has earned a lot of attention since then. Even after the series has ended, every piece of information about it is enough to get fans enthusiastic.

The premiere of the English dubbed version of ODD TAXI, as well as other anime series, has been announced by the largest anime streaming service.

SAKUGAN, Platinum End, and The World’s Finest Assassin Is Reincarnated as an Aristocrat is among them. All of these anime series are excellent and have a large fan base, so Crunchyroll will benefit significantly from the dub releases.

Odd Taxi English dubbed version release

ODD TAXI, also known as Oddo Takushi, will be available in English dub on Crunchyroll. The English version’s release date, as well as the dubbing cast, has been announced.

The dubbed version was supposed to be released on January 16, 2022, but owing to the delay, we’ll get to see it now.

The 13 episodes of the original anime series have already aired and are all accessible on Crunchyroll, and now the English adaptation of these episodes will be released on a weekly basis.

Crunchyroll announced on February 14, 2022, that it had begun streaming the anime series ODD TAXI in English Dub.

The first two dubbed episodes were broadcast on the same day. The remaining episodes will be broadcast in pairs till March 21st. Every Monday, they will be issued on a weekly basis.

Bill Millsap will direct the English dub, and the anime’s main cast has been revealed. Mike McFarland will portray Hiroshi Odokawa’s main character.

Aside from that, we have Lucien Dodge in the role of Eiji Kakihana, Zeno Robinson in the role of Taichi Kabasawa, and Daman Mills in the role of Ayumu Gokriki.

Lauren Landa will play Miho Shirakawa, Sean Chiplock will play Shun Imai, and Caitlin Glass will play Taeko Harada.

The story of the Infamous Odd Taxi

ODDTAXI, also called Oddo Takushi in Japanese, is a manga series written by Kazuya Konomoto and drawn by Takeichi Abaraya.

Shogakukan published the manga, which was printed in Superior Dalpana magazine. It began with the first volume on January 15, 2021, and has since expanded to three tankobon volumes.

Furthermore, OLM and P.I.C.S Studios collaborated on the anime adaptation. Baku Kinoshita was in charge of the anime’s director, while Kazuya Konomoto wrote the script.

OMSB, PUNPEE, and VaVa contributed music to the film.

Crunchyroll and Mighty Media were given the rights to stream the series internationally.

It was already finished, with a total of 13 episodes that aired on April 6, 2021.

The anime series’ narrative takes place in the realm of anthropomorphic animals. Odokawa, a Walrus who works as a cab driver, is the protagonist.

Odokawa who is a 41 years old walrus, was abandoned by his parents at an elementary school, leaving him anti-social.

Now that he works as a taxi driver, he spends much of his time conversing with the other animals who share his vehicle.

He unravels a sequence of unexplained happenings, including violence and the case of an abducted high school girl, while conversing with them.

In this instance, investigators have been monitoring everything that leads them to Odokawa in search of leads. He is on the run from both the Yakuza and the police involved in the case.
