In celebration of the One Piece Film: Red and the franchise’s 25th Anniversary, Peach John Co., Ltd. is doing a collaboration featuring a unique collection of lingerie and fashion accessories inspired by the film.
Peach John is a Japanese mail-order retailer of lingerie and women’s apparel targeted at women in their teens and 20s, and some of their collections are collaborations done with popular animes.
The collection One Piece X Peach John collection will be released officially on September 21, 2022, but on August 10, 2022, pre-orders for certain items have started on Peach John’s official mail-order site and stores nationwide in Japan.
The One Piece Film: Red X Peach John collection will feature seven items including: four types of lingerie, two types of sleepwear and one pouch. Campaign visuals of these items being worn by cosplayers Ekoto and Magical Lovely’s Crystal Noda have also been released.
1. Uta’s Bra set
The first lingerie set is inspired by Uta’s outfit in One Piece Film: Red and has a wing motif on the lace on the back of the bra and matching panties.
2. Uta’s lingerie set
The second lingerie set features a sheer white dress inspired by a white dress Uta is seen wearing in One Piece Film: Red, and matching panties.
3. Uta’s hoodie
The third item is a fluffy hoodie inspired by the jacket Uta is seen wearing in the One Piece Film: Red. The hoodie is an exact replica of the jacket and highly detailed. The hoodie was designed to cover a woman’s behind so she can wear the hoodie and nothing else for maximum erotic effect on her otaku boyfriend.
4. Shanks Pajamas
The fourth item are a set of male pajamas inspired by the outfit pirate Shanks is seen wearing in One Piece Film: Red. Get ready to slay your nightmares while wearing this, boys!
5. Nami’s lingerie set
The third lingerie set is inspired by the sexy outfit Nami is seen wearing in One Piece Film: Red and comes with matching panties. If Sanji saw Nami wearing this he’d probably die of a massive nosebleed!
6. Robin’s lingerie set
The 4th lingerie set is inspired by the “bad girl” outfit Robin is seen wearing in One Piece Film: Red and consists of a black, studded bra and matching panties with pink accents. If Sanji saw Robin wearing this he’d definitely get heart-eyed and do his noodle dance.
7. Chopper drawstring pouch
The final item in the collection is a cute drawstring pouch with an appliquéd version of Chopper as he appears in One Piece Film: Red.
This isn’t the first time Peach John has collaborated with Bandai in order to create fashion items marking milestone anniversaries of anime/manga franchises. In celebration of Sailor Moon’s 20th anniversary a collection of lingerie, pajamas, and costume lingerie sets based on the Sailor Soldier outfits was released.
In celebration of Neon Genesis Evangelion’s 20th anniversary a collection of lingerie and pajamas inspired by the franchise’s various characters was released.

The history of Peach John
In June 1994, the company was found by Mika Noguchi and her now ex-husband, Shoji Noguchi in Tokyo, Japan. Mika was only 29-years-old when she established a small mail-order company importing American lingerie. She wanted a name that began with the letter “P” since she found the “pi” sound to be “cute”. That’s how she came up with the name “Peach John” that was also inspired by the Japanese folktale hero Momotaro (which translates to Peach and Taro, which is a name as common as John in America).
In 2001, despite the company expanding its product line it nearly succumbed to bankruptcy. After some restructuring the company was able to pay back their 2 billion yen debt in 13 months.
In May 2006, the Japanese lingerie maker Wacoal formed a capital alliance with Peach John (which allowed Mika to maintain her 51% of the company). On January 10, 2008, Wacoal bought Mika’s remaining shares and now has full control of the company.
