The first The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist In Another World anime trailer PV was released ahead of its premiere in January 2023.
The anime will premiere on TOKYO MX and BS11 in January 2023, the Winter 2023 anime season. Crunchyroll will simulcast the series.
The anime project was first announced back in January 2022, and the first teaser PV was released in July 2022.
The trailer PV introduces the main characters of the show and gives a glimpse into its premise. It also revealed that Kaede Hondo (Maple in BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense) is joining the cast as Fiona Urd Alegreif, the princess of the Urdweit Empire.

It was also revealed that the band angela will perform the anime’s OP theme song “Reconnection.” The single goes on sale on January 11, 2023. The CD will be released in 2 editions — Limited edition and Anime edition at the price of ¥1,650 (including tax) and ¥1,430 (including tax), respectively.
Cast members Azumi Waki, Nene Hieda, and Akari Kito will perform the ED theme song “Link” as their respective characters. The single goes on sale on January 11, 2023, at the price of ¥2,420 (including tax).

Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki or The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World anime is based on the light novel series titled Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki: Geboku no Yokai-domo ni Kurabete Monster ga Yowasugirunda ga.
The novel series is written by Kiichi Kosuzu. The first volume was illustrated by Shiso, while Kihiro Yuzuki illustrates the other volumes.
The novel series was first serialized online on the user-generated novel publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro in December 2018. It was later acquired by Futabasha, and they have published five volumes since July 2019 under their M Novels imprint.
A manga adaptation with art by Toshinori Okazaki has been serialized online via Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster website since May 2020. Five tankobon volumes have been launched to date.
Saikyou Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki follows the story of Haruyoshi, the strongest diviner in the world. After being betrayed and on the verge of his death, he performs a secret reincarnation technique. But somehow, he ends up in another world. And in this new world, his adventures begin!
