Comedy manga The maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious or Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii is set to get a TV anime adaptation in July 2022. The anime will premier on 24 affiliated stations of the Asahi Broadcasting Corporation (ABC)/TV Asahi network. A trailer PV for the anime has also been released along with a key visual and cast and crew.
The anime is directed by Misuzu Hoshino at SILVER LINK. x BLADE with Mirai Minato as the chief director and Yushi Ibe as the assistant director. Mirai Minato is also in charge of the series composition with character designs from Manchi Yoshino. Koji Fujimoto and Osamu Sasaki are the music composers for the series.

The maid I Hired Recently is Mysterious or Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii is a comedy manga written and illustrated by Wakame Konbu. Before its serialization in Square Enix’s Monthly Gangan Joker in January 2020, the series began as a webcomic in 2019.
For now, the story has been compiled into 5 tankōbon volumes by Square Enix. In North America, Yen Press has licensed the series for English publication. Two volumes have been published in English with the third volume set to be released in June 2022.

There’s something really strange about the maid I just hired! No normal person could be so beautiful, or cook such amazingly delicious food, or know exactly what I want before I even ask. She must be using magic—right, a spell is the only thing that can explain why my chest feels so tight whenever I look at her.
