Do you love Jujutsu Kaisen and can’t wait for more from the franchise? Are you a busy person who long to take care of a pet but fears you can’t devote enough time to one?

Then this is the perfect time to head over to Crunchyroll and pick up one of these Jujutsu Kaisen Tamagotchi Nanos!

Haven’t I seen these before?

The Jujutsutchi or Jujutsu Kaisen Tamagotchi Nano line launched on January 29, 2022, in Japan. You can purchase the Tamagotchi or get a Hugmy Tamagotchi figure. The USA just got its launch on July 8, 2022.

The Tamagotchis are designed around Yuji Itadori, Satoru Gojo, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki.

A fifth Tamagotchi is themed around Sukana, but this one is an Amazon exclusive. Fortunately, it doesn’t matter which one you buy.

Think of the Tamagotchi as a portal. You begin with a generic student who enters Tokyo or Kyoto Jujutsu High, with other characters welcoming them.

How you take care of your character will result in the character evolving into a different one from the series. For example, feed them rice balls to fill their Hunger Meter or kikufuku to raise their Happy Meter.

Three games will make fans smile. Put the Curse to Sleep, Finger Catch, and Curse Training. In addition, Daily Events and Cursed Spirits will appear periodically throughout the day, so keep your Tamagotchi nearby to react in time.

If your character dies or you fail to get the evolution you wanted, press the A and C buttons simultaneously to restart the Tamagotchi. You can check on your character’s status by pressing C or open the menu by pressing A.

Why pre-order?

If you go to Crunchyroll, all of the Jujutsu Kasien Tamagotchi Nano’s are $24.99 and will ship in October 2022. Amazon is also offering the Sukana version for $24.99.

You can also find the HugMy versions on Amazon for $44.99. But now, Amazon only has the boys; you can find Nobara on eBay, but shopping around is your best bet.

There’s no difference between the pre-orders and the ones that just arrived, and don’t worry about the Japanese version listed in the Crunchyroll description. Everything is conveyed to you through simple icons instead of text.

The only challenge is finding out how to get the evolutions you want. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a guide on unlocking the characters, but I found a YouTube video explaining some of the conditions.

So, if you’ve already begun to experiment with the characters, please leave a comment below. I’m on the hunt for Sukana!
