Another addition to the cast of the Golden Kamuy Season 4 has been announced!
Namely, Masaaki Mizunaka, the voice behind Kakeru Ryuuen in Classroom of the Elite, will voice Private First Class Rikimatsu Ariko.
Ariko is a first-class graduate of the 7th Division of the Imperial Japanese Army. He is an Ainu from the village of Noboribetsu (Hokkaido). He has large scars on his face, which is customary for all Ainu from the village. Private Ariko is familiar with the mountains and is invited to join the company due to a heavy snowfall that impedes its progress.
Ariko spent the night in the same trench with Warrant Officer Kikuta during the Russo-Japanese War, whereby the two narrowly escaped death.
Warrant Officer Kikuta was introduced on August 5, 2022, whereby it was announced that he’ll be voiced by seiyuu Kenyu Horiuchi. Horiuchi is known to the fandom as the voice behind Re: ZERO -Starting Life in Another World’s Wilhelm van Astrea.
Golden Kamuy Season 4: What we know so far
Golden Kamuy Season 4 will premiere in October 2022, with the exact date yet to be announced.
The anime series has been around since 2018, when the first season premiered (April to June 2018). Season 2 was broadcast from October to December 2018 and Season 3 was from October to December 2020.
It has been confirmed that animation Studio Brain’s Base is taking over from Geno Studio for Golden Kamuy Season 4.

About the Golden Kamuy manga series
Golden Kamuy (ゴールデンカムイ) is a manga series by Satoru Noda that was serialized from 2014 to July 19, 2022. The individual chapters have been collected into 31 tankōbon volumes; the final volume was released on July 19, 2022, in Japan.
The manga was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine for the entirety of its run. VIZ Media licensed Golden Kamuy in 2016. The latest English edition is Volume 26 (May 2022); Volume 27 is scheduled to be released on September 20, 2022.
Golden Kamuy won the 9th Manga Taishō award in 2016, the 22nd Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize in 2018, and the Grand Prize in the comic book category of the 51st Japan Cartoonists Association Awards earlier in 2022.
