A new trailer PV for Shinobi no Ittoki anime was released, revealing an additional cast of characters. Along with the trailer, a key visual for the anime was also released.
Shinobi no Ittoki anime is set to premiere in October 2022, the Fall 2022 anime season.
In February 2022, the project titled Shinobi no Ittoki was announced with no information other than a 2022 release and the production studios. The first trailer PV for the anime was released in May 2022, revealing the main cast and staff.
The new trailer shows the ordinary school life and the extraordinary shinobi life of Ittoki Sakuraba and introduces us to three new characters – Teruyoshi Kisegawa, Ryoko Suzuno, and Satomi Tsubaki.
The cast performing these roles are:
- Aoi Yuki as Teruyoshi Kisegawa
- Hitomi Sekine as Ryoko Suzuno
- Miyu Tomita as Satomi Tsubaki

Cast and staff of Shinobi no Ittoki
The main cast members are:
- Ryota Ohsaka, best known for playing Sadao in The Devil is a Part-Timer!, as Ittoki Sakuraba
- Katsuyuki Konishi, best known for playing Usui Tengen in Kimetsu no Yaiba, as Tokisada Koga
- Haruka Shiraishi, best known for playing Asirpa in Golden Kamuy, as Kosetsu
- Kikuko Inoue, who is currently playing Kuma in Onipan!, as Yuka Sakuraba
Shinobi no Ittoki is an upcoming original TV anime series created by DMM Pictures and TROYCA. The story of the anime goes as follows:
Ittoki Sakuraba is an ordinary boy trying to live his everyday life until one day he finds out that he is the 19th legitimate successor of the Iga ninja clan! His life is in danger because of a rival ninja clan. Now he has to fight and train to become a real ninja.
The anime is directed by Shuu Watanabe, best known for his work in RE:Creators, at studio TROYCA. Minato Takano is in charge of Series Composition. Isamu Suzuki is designing the characters and is also in charge of animation direction. TOMISIRO, the musical pair of Yosuke Kakegawa and Naoyuki Honzawa, is composing the music.
