Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World anime release date is on January 10, 2023, in the Winter 2023 anime season. The anime will air in Japan on TOKYO MX, BS11, and KBS Kyoto on January 10 and Sun TV on January 11, 2023.

ABEMA will exclusively stream the anime one week in advance, on January 3, 2023.

The anime adaptation was first announced in August 2021 at the MF Books Label 8th Anniversary Web Special Program. The main cast and staff of the anime were revealed in October 2022 via a trailer.

Now the second trailer PV and a key visual (see below) for the anime have been released to corroborate the premiere date announcement.

The trailer introduces the main characters and previews the anime’s opening theme song.

The OP theme song of Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World is — “Glorious World” by Shunichi Toki. The single will hit the markets on January 25, 2023.

The Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World ED theme song is — “Never Fear “ by Mao Abe. The single will hit the markets on January 11, 2023.

More about the series

Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World anime is known in Japan as Ningen Fushin no Boukensha-tachi ga Sekai wo Sukuu you desu. The anime is based on the light novel series of the same name written by Shinta Fuji and illustrated by Susumu Kuroi.

The novels began serialization on the user-generated novel publishing site Shosetsuka ni Naro in January 2019. Media Factory later acquired the series and published it under their MF Books imprint. Three volumes have been released to date.

Yen Press announced at Sakura-Con 2022 that they had licensed the series for English publication. Volume 2 is set to hit the markets on February 21, 2023.

The series has also inspired a manga adaptation with art by Masaki Kawakami. The manga has been serialized on Kadokawa Shoten’s ComicWalker website since October 2019. Five volumes have been released to date.

Yen Press announced at Anime Expo 2022 that they had licensed the manga for English publication. Volume 1 is set to hit the markets on January 17, 2023.
