About the Chained Soldier manga
Mato Seihei no Slave (都精兵のスレイブ) is based on the eponymous manga series written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura. The manga has been serialized on Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ online platform since its debut (January 5, 2019).
The individual chapters have been collected into ten tankōbon volumes as of May 2, 2022, with Volume 11 set to be released on September 2, 2022.
The plot follows Yūki Wakura, who one day just so happens to find himself in another world. Known as Mato, this world is inhabited by fearful monsters (Shuuki) and is also known for Peach — a mysterious fruit that gives supernatural powers to women who eat them. Needless to say, this occurrence has made Mato a matriarchal society.
Yūki soon encounters Kyōka Uzen, the commander of the 7th squad of the Demon Defense Force. Kyōka has the ability to enslave Shuuki but, apparently, she needs some help. Hence, she asks Yūki for help (literally to enslave him).
To make things more interesting, Yūki’s sister went missing in Mato a couple of years back.
