Along with the premiere date, the teaser PV for the Megaton Musashi Season 2 also revealed its main cast and staff. The PV also revealed and previewed the anime’s OP theme song “Hero no Uta” (Hero’s Song) by Kodai Matsura.

Cast and staff
The second season will feature a returning cast and staff.
The main cast includes:
- Toshiki Masuda (Kirishima in My Hero Academia) as Ichidaiji Yamato
- Souma Saito as (Twelve in Terror in Resonance) Teru Asami
- Shunsuke Takeuchi (Harumi in My Senpai is Annoying) as Ryugo Hijikata
- Tomoyo Kurosawa (Phosphophyllite in Land of the Lustrous) as Asuna Kanzaki and Ashem Laia
- Kouki Uchiyama (Meruem in Hunter x Hunter) as Reiji Amemiya
- Sumire Morohoshi (Emma in The Promised Neverland) as Jun Kirishima
Akihiro Hino (He founded Level-5 in 1998, where he remains its president and CEO) is credited as the anime’s chief director and original creator. He is also writing and supervising the anime’s scripts.
Shigeharu Takahashi is directing the anime at OLM. Yuji Ikeda is designing the characters for animation based on the original character designs by Takuzo Nagano. Kenichiro Saigo is composing the music.
