A teaser trailer for My One-Hit Kill Sister was released, revealing more cast members. The My One-Hit Kill Sister release date is in 2023. Crunchyroll will simulcast the anime.

The anime was first announced back in March 2022, and in August 2022, its main cast and staff were revealed.

Now a key visual (see below) and a teaser trailer have been released, announcing five additional cast members, including:

  • Rio Tsuchiya (Mei Toomi in Cue!) as Tanya
  • Azumi Waki (Senko in Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san) as Sophie
  • Sora Tokui (Niko Yazawa in Bokura no Live Kimi to no Life) as Gloria
  • Konomi Kohara (Chika Fujiwara in Kaguya-sama: Love is War) as Kuon
  • Yuma Uchida (Kyou Souma in Fruits Basket) as Siegfried

Cast and staff

The main cast of the anime includes:

  • Yuki Sakakihara (Nanaki Ralei in The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt) as protagonist Asahi Ikusaba
  • Haruka Shiraishi (Fumino Furuhashi in We Never Learn: BOKUBEN) as Asahi’s sister Maya Ikusaba
  • Ami Koshimizu (Holo in Spice and Wolf) as the powerful demon general Kilmaria

Hiroaki Takagi (Spice and Wolf) is directing the anime at studio Gekko. Yohei Kashii is in charge of the series scripts. Yuji Hamada is designing the characters.

More about My One-Hit Kill Sister

My One-Hit Kill Sister anime, also known in Japan as Isekai One Turn Kill Neesan: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita, is based on the web novel series of the same name written by Konoe.

The novels are serialized online on the user-generated novel publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro.

The series received a manga adaptation in 2020 with art by Kenji Taguchi. The manga is published on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry website and in Monthly Sunday Gene-X magazine. A total of seven tankobon volumes have been released to date.

The story of My One-Hit Kill Sister follows Asahi Ikusaba, a high-school student who ends up in another world after an accident. He tries to enjoy his adventurous new life, but unfortunately, he is extremely weak. It turns out his older sister Maya is also in this world, and she has the strongest cheat ability and a brother complex.
