One Piece manga Chapter 1070, titled “The Strongest Form of Humanity,” is officially out.

Chapter 1070 continues the “Germa 66’s Ahh…An Emotionless Excursion” cover story. And this cover reveals the members of MADS back in the day. We see Vegapunk, Caesar Clown, Queen, Vinsmoke Judge, and a woman with her back turned.
From the looks, the woman might be Stussy, as the CP0 agent had previously stated that she has a history with Egghead island.
I think it is pretty clear that Sanji got his looks from his mother because young Judge looks like a crackhead.
Luffy wipes the floor with Lucci
Luffy vs Lucci went exactly how most people thought it would. Luffy at Egghead is not the same as Luffy at Ennies Lobby. He defeated Lucci within seconds, all the while laughing and having fun.
We saw two new attacks from Luffy — “Dawn Whip” and “Dawn Rocket.” An interesting thing to note about these attack names is that the Kanji of the attack means “white,” and the pronunciation in Katakana is an elongated “Don” sound effect that is used in impact scenes in One Piece.
This new Gear 5 form of Luffy is definitely one of the best transformations in anime history. His new powers suit his character so much, and the fights are so much fun to watch.
Artificial Devil Fruits
Vegapunk reveals that only the Zoan-type Devil Fruits can be artificially produced. However, he is not sure if the Mythical type Zoans can be awakened. I guess we’ll find this out if Momonosuke awakens.
For Paramecia-type Devil Fruits, the user’s Bloodline Element can be used to create Green Blood to confer those powers to others. We see this Green Blood in all the Seraphim including S-Hawk, but we are yet to see his fruit powers.
According to Vegapunk, Seraphim are the strongest form of humanity. Stussy also mentioned that even as kids, the Seraphim are troublesome. And when they grow up, who knows what will happen?
Strawhats vs The World Government
Luffy might have defeated Lucci easily, but things are changing fast. Not only is the CP0 now in control of the four Seraphim, but Kizaru is also coming with a ton of warships. With Kizaru coming, we might see an awakened Logia for the first time.
